Plaque in the Place Carnot in Tournon-sur-Rhône in memory of Raymond Rouméas, a sergeant in the FTPF (Franc-Tireurs et Partisans - one of several resistance organizations) shot down by a German sentry at the Girls's Lycée (now a middle school) on August 22, 1944.
