Plaque commémorative
Plaque in the locker room at the Camille and Edmond Leclanché Stadium in memory of Camille Leclanché. A high-level athlete and a member of the FFI (French Interior Forces), he was killed by German soldiers on March 4, 1944. His brother Edmond, aka Tonio, took over his role in the sabotage service and remained till the Liberation. His sister Simone, a liaison agent, was arrested on March 3, 1943 as she was taking laundry to her brother, and deported. She returned from deportation, only to die in 1946 after an auto accident.
