Plaque commémorative
Plaque in memory of Lucien Sportisse. In 1941 he was interned at Fort Barraux, Isère, à Sisteron, then at the camp at St-Sulpice-la-Pointe, Tarn. After leading a successful group escape, he joined the maquis in Haute-Vienne. In Lyon, in 1943, he was the regional head of the National Front, and editor-in-chief of the Patriot. On March 24, 1944, he was shot down in front of 12b rue Burdeau.
