Plaque commémorative

Plaque in homage to Jules Favier, who was a resistant along with his wife Simone - they lived at 23 rue Roux-Soignat. He was turned in by an informer and arrested on December 28, 1943 and incarcerated at Montluc prison. He transited through Compiègne-Royallieu on his way to deportation to Mauthausen, where he died on April 20, 1944.
