Plaque commémorative

Plaque on the obelisque-shaped monument surrounded by bollards and chains and decorated with a Croix de Guerre, in memory of the dead of the First World War. The plaque reads "Homage to Alphonse Chatelain, murdered by the Germans on August 16, 1944 and Jean Rosay, who died of deprivation in the Belsen camp at Easter 1945, Children of Chevrier. An inscription and other names are engraved above, but have become illegible from the effects of erosion.
