Monument to the dead of World War I in the form of an obelisk on a base. In front of it is the statue of a poilu holding up a flag, also on a base. At the foot of the monument is a plaque to the martyrs of the Liberation, decorated with a croix de Lorraine, and inscribed thus:

Monument to the dead of World War I in the form of an obelisk on a base. In front of it is the statue of a poilu holding up a flag, also on a base. At the foot of the monument is a plaque to the martyrs of the Liberation, decorated with a croix de Lorraine, and inscribed thus:

Two names are engraved on the monument:  "1939-1945. Bugnet Jean, Cons Joannès"

Below this engraving is another plaque, in honor of Jacques Krieger, a lieutenant in the FFI (French Interior Forces), killed in combat on August 17, 1944. "The township of Frangy in recognition of J. Krieger."
