Manziat
Monument commémoratif
Monument in memory of De Lattre de Tassigny in Manziat. Stone marker between Manziat and Ozan along departementale road 933, inaugurated on October 12, 1958. A number of figures of the Resistance, including De Lattre de Tassigny, flew out of this airfield on a mission to London during the night of 16-17 October 1943.
At the foot of the monument is a stone marker in homage to Aimé Broyer, a contributor to the Resistance from Manziat.
