Plaque in homage to Eugène Rigaud, an activist in the Workers' International. An assistant of Henri Frenay, he contacted Joseph Martinet in the spring of 1941, to print the clandestine newspaper Petites Ailes. Arrested on May 10, 1944, he was incarcerated and deported; he died in a camp.
